ROZEE.PK is seeking a young dynamic individual who is Competent, Confident, Enthusiastic & Energetic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing recruitment support to Key clients
- Post jobs on ROZEE.PK and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
- Search CVs from ROZEE.PK database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
- Attending customer queries and helping them.
- Accompany senior team members on client meetings and trainings on ROZEE.PK online recruitment tools.
- Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use ROZEE.PK as their primary recruitment platform.
- Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
- Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
- Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management.
- Must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Can Handle workload and work pressure
