| Job Description: |
- Ensuring effective flow of Sales order process.
- Keep record of sales orders.
- Preparing P/I from WAVE system.
- After getting approval from customer, confirming order and informing OR number to Shipping department.
- After order confirmation, follow up with Shipping department for production and shipping arrangement.
- Collecting all the documents from Export Department (order History, Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Note etc.) and noting down necessary details and file properly.
- Performing any other duty assigned by the management.
