Job Description:
  • Ensuring effective flow of Sales order process.
  • Keep record of sales orders.
  • Preparing P/I from WAVE system.
  • After getting approval from customer, confirming order and informing OR number to Shipping department.
  • After order confirmation, follow up with Shipping department for production and shipping arrangement.
  • Collecting all the documents from Export Department (order History, Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Note etc.) and noting down necessary details and file properly.
  • Performing any other duty assigned by the management.
