| Job Description: |
- Inspire, develop, and lead the team operation
- Managing courier timely deliveries and incentives in a set of cities
- Support in the development and optimization of a principled approach to managing courier pricing and incentives; translate those principles into tactical strategies for efficiently improving marketplace health
- Build a deep understanding of local market nuance and help prioritize and channel feedback from customers in those territories to improve our products and internal processes
- Collaborate with other teams across Regional Operations, Cities to ensure market health and efficiency for new product rollouts, special events, or campaigns
- Champion high impact, strategic projects that evolve the efficacy and efficiency with which we manage courier pricing and incentives
- Look after the whole operations of South Region and directly reporting to the General Manager Operations.
