Technical Expertise & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, packages, and pricing 


• Support our sales team, making it easy for them to connect with prospective customers.


• Guiding the customers and prospects through various processes of the service/product


• Keep accurate records of inquiries generated and the subsequent responses


• Collaborate with the Marketing, and Technical teams to understand the service
