Job Description: |
Hiring highly energetic and self-motivated candidates, He/she will be responsible to manage online store and to provide customer support.
- Uploading new products and keep stock updated in store
- Creating vouchers and bundles
- Managing campaigns
- Answering questions and confirming orders through instant chat and calls
- Providing after sale service and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Managing returns and claims
- Providing daily reports to managers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills Required:
· Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
