Job Description:

Hiring highly energetic and self-motivated candidates, He/she will be responsible to manage online store and to provide customer support.

  •     Uploading new products and keep stock updated in store
  •     Creating vouchers and bundles
  •     Managing campaigns
  •     Answering questions and confirming orders through instant chat and calls
  •     Providing after sale service and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on  customers’ requests.
  •     Managing returns and claims
  •     Providing daily reports to managers
  •     Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  •  
  • Working Hours: 9 Hours Morning

Skills Required:

·         Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel   (Spreadsheet)

·         Data Entry Speed

·         Internet surfing

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Quick Learner

Transport: No Conveyance
