This is a posting for an online chat agent for an accounting firm (A A AFiler) based in the UK, so you will be required to be available to work from 9am to 5pm (UK times).

We are an online company where we provide a software for users (who have any sort of UK income to declare) to file their tax returns and have made it as simple as possible. We will provide basic training and a run through of the forms of the tax returns during training week.

We are looking for someone with qualification in accounting (preferably B.COM) with immediate start after a week of basic training (experience is favourable). The role of the job is to solve technical queries or issues clients may have along with any non tax related questions answered.  All you need to do is to point clients in the right direction. 

You will be required to have an up to date laptop or PC with constant wifi connection, accounting knowledge, computer skills and good English. You will also need a skype account which will be a form of keeping in touch with us and to do your training on (so please make sure you have earphones or a speaker with microphone to talk with). This job can be performed from the comfort of your own home.
