- Use innovative design and motion to tell a visual story
- Create high-quality content from a loose concept under tight deadlines
- Effectively communicate concepts and ideas to the Manager and production team
- Create graphics and animated elements for videos
- Execute video editing and delivery utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other industry standard video editing software
- Consistently strive to improve the quality of videos using animation or graphics
- Create and maintain a smooth and effective system of operation for animation and editing
- Work effectively as part of a creative team
- Switch live cameras during webinars using Live stream hardware/software
- Record and edit audio
