Job Description:

We are a 24/7 INBOUND Service Center with Phone, Email and Live Chat Support services focusing on customer satisfaction.

Looking to hire resources in Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.

Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.

Communicate with customers globally via call, email and chat and answer their queries.

Manages complex transnational or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.

Experience not required; however, candidates with O/A' Level background or Graduates with business majors preferred.

Most of our clients are based in US so we need someone with excellent written English skills & great accent.

Extra Bonus for the candidates having USA/UK accent.
