Our company, a rapid growing china mobiles brands is looking for a person with experience in logistics, customs & warehousing. He will be In charge of logistics operation and management, responsible for local logistics environment study, daily logistics support (customs clearing / local delivery / warehousing) to local business departments, logistics cost & operation optimization, logistics risk management and logistics service provider (LSP) management, the main job responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
- To contact with HQ team to confirm all the shipping documents
- To contact with clearance agent to follow up all clearance progress.
- To provide warehousing service and arrange local delivery in Pakistan.
- To record and update the logistics tracking reports like customs clearance tracking report / local delivery tracking report / warehousing and inventory report / logistics cost report, and so on.
- To verify all logistics charges and payment in accordance with official and internal finance regulations.
- To provide logistics solution and organize the related activities to meet the needs from internal sales and after-sales teams in customs clearing / warehousing / transportation / logistics analyzing.
- To manage and maintain good relationship with internal partners and local customs authority / government departments
- To manage and optimize the performance of local LSP
- To handle any irregular case and take corrective action to optimize existing operation.
- To keep an eye on logistics industry development & competitor study
- To take in charge of cross-border delivery and defective materials returning back to HKG12.
- To implement logistics cost and timeliness optimization.
- Good communication skills, proficient in English language.
