| Job Description: |
You will work with support team to provide technical support to customers and assist to complete ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support technical staff in their day-to-day activities.
- Provide timely and high quality technical support for industrial applications
- Document all calls relating to technical problems and inquiries in internal call database.
- Provide technical support and assistance in completion of projects
- Keep up to date on latest trends and solutions in technology aspects
- Ensure compliance of established procedures and guidelines
