Job responsibilities include:

• Taking airport and local taxi bookings
• Providing a price quotation to the customers
• Coordinating with the management and staff
• Promote services to local consumers
• Deal with queries related to the company and bookings
• Create a positive brand image in front of the customers
• Booking over phone, email or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the clients
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always working for the best interest of the company.
• Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company procedure
• Punctual, reliable and responsible as per shift requirements
• Organized, plan and execute your daily tasks as required per company/client policy
