Job Description:

We are urgently looking for Customer Support Analysts (for a UK based Inbound BPO) in Karachi.

This is not a campaign, but a permanent job based in the UK for an Engineering company.

·         Job title: Customer Support Analyst

·         Timings: 3 PM till 11:30 PM

·         Experience: At least 1 year in international BPO in customer service preferably in Voice and/or Live Chat departments

·         Skills: Excellent communications skills in English

·         Salary: Market competitive plus other benefits

·         Job location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
