| Job Description: |
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and engineer’s estimate with the architect and/or the client
- Undertake costs analysis for new construction works or new items, as the need may arise.
- Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Monitoring cost of the project and individual items to ensure that there are no project overruns.
- Verify contractor’s running bills and other claims.
- Coordinate with the vendors/suppliers, to identify the desired quality of materials required for each phase of the construction.
- Monitoring adherence to contract stipulations and ensuring that organization’s interests are always safeguarded.
