Intergiro is a digital banking Co licensed in Sweden & has established its branch in Pakistan. We are looking for a high caliber senior compliance professional to head up the function. Your role would be to partner with senior management in establishing strong internal controls and compliance frameworks in adherence with industry standards and regulatory requirements, thus safeguarding the business and their clients.

Performing the role of Head of Compliance, you will be required to:

  Establish and continuously maintain relationships with the local regulator, industry players, and be the point of contact for all compliance-related matters.

  Advise the business on regulatory matters to ensure compliance with local and group requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with senior management and all stakeholders on business proposals and advise accordingly on new products and services.

  
  


• 
  

  Formulate, implement, and update compliance manuals as required.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify regulatory risks and manage the risk appetite of the organization.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct training and raise compliance awareness and standards across all employees.

  
  

Requisite Skills:

• 
  

  Master Degree with specialization in Banking & Finance from a recognized institution

  
  


• 12+ years’ experience in a senior financial &  Managerial position with at least one posting as compliance Head at country level operations.


• 
  

  Professional affiliation / Membership of at least local or International bodies related to financial sector will be required.
