Your role would be to partner with senior management in establishing strong internal controls w.r.t organizational internal policies, Budgetary compliance in adherence with industry standards and BOD approvals.

About the job

Performing the role of Head of Internal Audit, you will be required to:

• Managing across both the Business and Technology audit team. 


• Build the Audit methodology and tackle the growing needs to meet the regulatory and business expansion plans. 


• Working closely with the audit committee, you will spearhead the plans of audit, drive the strategy and implement the new methodology across the integrated audit. 


• You will drive efficiency, speed and controls to the audit approach for the business. 


• Whilst future-proofing the processes, you will also lead the team across different locations and partner the business leaders to understand and manage the risk of the new growing bank. 


• This is a challenging role requiring a game-changer mindset who wants to make an impactful difference to your work and industry

Requisite Skills:

• 
  

  Master Degree with specialization in Banking & Finance from a recognized institution

  
  


• 12+ years’ experience in a senior financial &  Managerial position.


• 
  

  Professional affiliation / Membership of at least local or International bodies related to financial sector will be required.
