Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate inbound and outbound calls as per defined sampling criteria by line manager
• Approve adjustments and monitor agents for quality
• Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback regarding job performance

Who are we looking for:

• 1 to 2 Years of Telesales and QA monitoring experience
• Educational Requirement: Graduate
• Proficient in verbal communication English and Urdu
• Have strong sales pitch capabilities
• Strong communication, listening and data analytical skills
• Sound knowledge of System handling and MS office
• Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Cool tempered with can do attitude
