| Job Description: |
- To analyze & resolve IT incidents with a varying degree of complexity
- To maintain system performance across the authority’s IT estate
- Assist with access control configuration to users across the Superior Group
- To provide support for in excess of all Corporate systems
- Determine the priority of incidents with users/Service Desk Team Leader
- To maintain security of the Group’ IT assets and the safety, confidentially and integrity of data held within Group computer systems
- To provide support to the Group’ telephony system(s)
- To update the inventory of computer assets & software licenses
- To perform daily operational tasks such as server checks, system backups and data transfer routines
