Job Description:
  1. Maintains Customer Record by updating account information.
  2. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's compalaint.
  3. Maintains customer sale by updating on daily sale base.
  4. Deal directly with customer either by telephone, email, sms, or face to face.
  5. Respond promtly to customer inquiries.
  6. Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
  7. Follow Up customer interactions.  
  8. Must be MS office Expert
