Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer for the back office.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Prepare quotation. 
  • Prepare a list of prospects customers. 
  • Coordinate with the sales team and prepare a weekly visiting plan and submit to management. 
  • Calls prospects daily on assigned and approved list of prospects.
  • Update sales pipeline report daily.
  • Keep liaison with the customer. 
  • Pursue to receive monthly outstanding customer.
