| Job Description: |
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of overall BPO operation.
- Responsible for punching the data provided with accuracy and efficiency in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for maintaining the database with him at all times to ensure proper documentation through DASS.
- Responsible for ensuing all data received is proper and complete. In case of missing information or data, you are responsible for informing your immediate supervisor of the shortfalls.
- Responsible for maintaining a complete data report.
- Responsible for accuracy, efficiency and accuracy of the data punched, data report created and all source data should be available in filers to provide at all times.
- Provides concise feedback to associate accounts manager with functional level activities.
- Takes up special assignments given by associate accounts manager.
- Responsible to record daily Sales, Vendor Management in QuickBooks and update the same daily work on ERP.
- Responsible to record weekly bank activity and month reconciliation.
- Any Task Assigned by KAM.
