Responsibilities:

· Dealing with Write Off customers on daily basis.

· Ensuring Write-off recovery from the outstanding written off amount to ensure achievement of monthly targets.

· Leading the launch of FIR against those customers who refuse to pay against their outstanding balance with support of legal and S&D departments.

· Co-ordinate with legal department on regular basis and follow up on legal suits, filed cases and arrest warrants.

· Ensure account level review to provide alternate negotiation channels to boost recovery & Updating the portfolio on regular basis.

· Provide feedback to Manager regarding customer issues / offers. Handle customer(s) complaints and provide instant solution & responsible for record keeping of the documentation.

· Ensuring compliance to fair debt collection practices as per SBP guidelines and Bank’s policies
