Job Description:

Simpex BPO is looking for talented Call Center Agents for their Outbound Sales Campaign. An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation with target-oriented approach.

  • Candidate should be hard working, self motivated and a good team player.
  • Fresh candidates and University Graduates may also apply if they are fluent in English and we prefer candidates having previous telesales experience in a US campaign.
  • In return, selected candidate would get a handsome salary,commissions and Bonus. And a genuine opportunity to progress.
  • Comprehensive Product/Sales oriented training will be provided by Industry Experts.  

Eligibility Criteria & Details  

  • Proficiency in English Speaking
  • Must be dependable and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Lead generation, rapport building and closing skills
  • Outbound call center experience of Telesales will be preferred
  • Flexible to work nights on permanent basis i.e. 07:00pm -04:00am (Mon-Fri)   
  • Starting salary is 50k plus commissions.
