Job Description:

We are looking for the services of Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties.
  • telemarketing
  • Frequently calling to doctors for appointment 

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Having command of MS Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
