| Job Description: |
- Monitor receivables and collections and provide appropriate reporting to line manager and senior management.
- Reconcile balances with customers and resolve all reconciling issues by providing proper evidences and supporting documentation
- Identify problem in customer accounts and provide regular updates of receivables to manager
- Recover outstanding balances from customers either by phone call / personal visits
- Conduct regular meetings with sales persons regarding their outstanding balances
