| Job Description: |
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic young individuals for our Evening/Night Shifts- Chat-Based. He must love interacting with people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email/chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Must be willing to work in the Night/Rotating Shifts.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience
- Minimum Education: Intermediate
- Excellent typing speed and interpersonal skills
- Good command on English Language
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
