Job Description:
  • Support the operational systems, processes and policies of the PCGC.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication.
  • Play a significant support role including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Support overall operations management, planning, systems and controls.
  • Provide administrative support in lieu of national events planned in Islamabad.
  • Show initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Support in obtaining employee medical reimbursement claims through the insurance agent.
  • Coordinate in consolidating the inventory.
  • Support in coordinating procurements.
  • Providing necessary support in assuring that the employee personal files are managed per established mechanism.
  • Assuring & coordinating Compliance with PCGC policies encompassing rules and regulations for recruitment and human resource management for the PCGC
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
