| Job Description: |
Role and Responsibilities
- A candidate will manage all the major purchase and Inventory Management.
- A candidate is responsible for supervising all Procurement activities with emphasis on projects deliveries along with management of work.
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors.
- Thorough knowledge of imports and related supply chain mechanism
- Planning, issuing and following up on daily operational purchasing needs such as Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Must have knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes in order to manage negotiations with vendors
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
- Responsible for maintaining the overall database of vendors and also updating new vendor profile.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by manager.
- Must have experience in Industrial Trading and Engineering Trading
Preferred Skills
- Graduate from a reputed university (Business Graduate will be preferred).
- Should have working experience on ERP system for all matters related to supply chain and Inventory Management
- Should have sufficient working experience on physical Inventory Management
- Incumbent should have at least 2-3 years procurement experience.
- Instrumentation selection experience would be preferable.
