| Job Description: |
- Maintaining all Store operations.Stock maintaining.
- Ensuing the minimum stock levels.Maintain the records pertaining to material receipts and consumption.
- Maintains materials in good conditions.
- Support top management by making some vital MIS Reports.
- Store reconciliation & Making Physical verification by regular intervals Keeping Material
- Properly stacking the material at proper location with help of ancillary staff.
- Making challan of Returnable / Non-returnable material.
- Maintaining challan Register in excel / manually.Should have knowledge of tally.
- Material Transfer note & Material Transfer Kit file to update.Physical checking Taking Monthly physical stock and reconciliation of stock and forwarding MIS report to HOD.
- Knowledge of basic statistics, Management Tools.Computer Knowledge/Applicable Software Handling of Raw Material.
- Familiar with manufacturing activities, process Handling of finished products and Inventory.
- Overall responsible for stores Operations.
- Stock Control-Maintain,minimum inventory in between process.
- Able to maintain documentation required as per procedure / standard.
