    Call Center Sales Agent

    Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000 a month (Base Salary) + 15,000 to 50,000+ Commissions

    Night Shifts - Outbound Calling USA (6 PM - 3 AM)

    Start: Immediately - Full-Time

    Must have 1 minimum of Year Call Center Sales Experience -

    Job Description - Call Center Sales Agent

    Outbound calls, Provide general information to consumers interested in the services/products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing lead over the phone and handing it over to the closing team. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

    Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Make Outbound calls to qualify the leads
    • Provide product/service information to customers
    • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
    • Maintain a courteous and friendly nature when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament.
    • Informs clients by answering questions; providing information.
    • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
    • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
    • Ensure shift call and sales targets to be achieved.
    • Build sustainable conversation and engage customers by taking the extra mile to route the call for sales completion.
    • Follow set procedures to ensure equipment and devices are operational
    • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
    • Route calls to appropriate resources
    • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
    • Other duties as assigned
