As our first international expansion in the Pakistan market, we are currently looking for Call Center Team

Position: Technical Chat Support Agent

Rs 30,000 - Rs 45,000 a month

Night Shifts - (8 PM - 4 AM)

Start: Immediately - Full-Time

Must have minimum 2 Years Experience

Your mission is to be the first point of contact for incoming Support Calls and CRM Tickets.

90% of the communication will be by Text Chat Support so typing speed of at least 45 words per minute is required.

Training will be provided, and you will not be on the phones until you are ready. Dedicated Senior Support Staff are also available throughout your shift.

• 1st level support for our proprietary applications

• Communicate effectively and use troubleshooting skills to understand the customer’s needs.

• Provide advice and recommendations to customers in response to identified issues

• Successfully manage CRM tickets, Calls, Documentation, and prioritize issues by severity

• Collect and maintain issues and resolutions for use by the Technical Engineers What We Like To See

• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional customer focus, and a positive attitude for listening and solving problems

• Ability to easily communicate technical information with both highly technical people and non-technical people alike

• Enjoy working in a team-focused and fast-paced setting

• Love to learn and comfortable in a computerized environment

• Basic Computer Skills are required, with a preference for Linux, windows experience

• Excellent time-management skills with strong self-motivation

Timings: 8 PM to 4 AM
