Job Description:

Essential Duties of the Administrative Assistant

Manage day-to-day activities including

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Preparing documents for meetings and business trips
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
  • To make sure the Cleanliness, Maintenance, lost and found, and all other necessary requirements related to building.
  • Must keep a close watch on all the equipment and accessories of related to all the Departments
  • Payments of internal Provider & all other Utility Bills before Due Dates
  • Complete Filing, Record Keeping and Data entry Related Work
  • Monthly grocery List should be updated including all the supplies.
  • Purchase of grocery and all other important Supplies as per need
  • Liable to do any other task assigned by Immediate Supervisor as per need
  • Become an advocate for the company, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
