- Diagnostic abilities for mechanical and any service needs
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Initiative to improve the workshop and its activities
- Explain and mentor to perform tasks to workshop staff
- Maintain close liaison with concerned staff for ensuring maximum work.
- Maintain good friendly relationship with all workshop member.
- Daily reporting.
