| Job Description: |
We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills, with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our customers. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing / Assigning orders as per business requirement
- Keeping records of customer feedback , comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
