| Job Description: |
- Contact Business Clients for obtaining financial documents
- Verify financial documentsfor completeness
- Post day to day financial transactions(Debits and Credits) to the Company Bookkeeping Template
- Verify that all financial transactions are recorded in the correct sheet
- Perform month on month reconciliation to confirm posting accuracy
- Code all posted financial transaction based on nature of transaction
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
- Proven bookkeeping experience (2- 3 years)
- Bachelordegree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- High deg ree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professionalism and organization skills
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Established client dealing skills
