- Zameen Media is looking to recruit a skilled a professional for its ‘Tele-Audit Representative’ post.
- The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for managing large volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts while handling different topics, and ensuring clarity of information /intel for identifying and analyzing customer needs and concerns – and providing relevant solutions accordingly.
- To be considered for this position, the candidate will be required to exhibit strong verbal/communication and active listening skills.
- In addition, he/she should be customer-focused and adaptable (in terms of catering to different personality types).
