Major Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the reception
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Help maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook) as well as alerting security of any potential security issue inside
• Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange or coordinate local travel and school accommodations for staff visitors from Lahore
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc
Requirements
• Professional and pleasant attitude and neat appearance
• Excellent language skills (English & Urdu)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Calm and Composed while Multitasking.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Attitude and temperament conducive to customer service
• Computer literate
Education and Qualifications
• Intermediate or Bachelors from an accredited institution (Mandatory)
• 1-2 years experience in the relevant area
