a) To manage office supplies stock, place orders of Utilities and consumption reports.
b) To prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
c) To maintain and update company databases monthly, quarterly and annually.
d) To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
e) To answer queries by employees and clients.
f) To update office policies as needed.
g) To maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
h) To book meeting rooms and scheduling.
i) To distribute of admin store and correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
j) To prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
k) To arrange travel and accommodations as and when required.
l) Schedule in-house and external events.
m) To confer with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, verify receipts and maintain the corporate bank book ledger.
n) To ensure the functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
o) To Purchase and marketing in field when required.
p) To manage the vehicle fleet management.
To take care and maintain the Company owned Rest House in administrative manners.
