Job Description:

Major Responsibility & Duties

  • Ensuring that the business is legally compliant in all its employment activities.
  • Training of employee’s like fire fitting training, first aid training.
  • Conduct the election of JMWC and also made a meeting on JMWC for Worker issues.
  • Make the health & safety team and also conducting the meeting for issue of health & safety issue    .
  • Conducting the fire drill for the safety of employee’s for the guidlance how to safely evacuate when any emergency occurred.
  • Training on chemical handling and maintaing the inventory of chemical
  • Managing an effective employee performance review system.
  • Executing company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • In charge of all recruitment, selection and induction activity for both permanent and temporary staff
  • Building relationships with third party recruitment agencies.

We recently directed our fabric production to as per required by the new IJF rules for few of our clients. Latest machinery and skilled workers are employed to manufacture the high quality products. State-of-the-art machines are used in different departments. Pattern machines are used by the cutting department to ensure most accurate sizing of garment. Our in-house Japanese embroidery machines are used to provide high quality embroidery as per the demands of our clients. Our monthly production capacity has been growing over the years. Currently we are manufacturing around 50000-55000 uniforms and 20000-25000 pairs of boxing equipment per month while still maintaining the same standard of outclass quality.
