| Job Description: |
- Work with teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Assist with external hiring efforts
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- Participate in employment events, such as career
- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation
- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
