| Job Description: |
Job Purpose:
- To supervise, control and maintain inventory Deal with clients and other inventory related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure Inventory records are updated in WMS accurately on real time.
- Responsible to ensure physical record of all documents relating to inbound, outbound and cycle count are maintained properly
- Responsible for ensure inbound & Outbound transactions are recorded accurately and on real time in WMS.
- Responsible to ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are in accordance with SOPS and Client’s instruction.
- Responsible to ensure that serial numbers of all serialized items are noted at the time of inbound and outbound
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records at all times.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining all inventory reports required by client and head office.
- Responsible for verifying outbound and inbound cargo before finalizing the records in WMS.
- Responsible for making corrections in inventory records if any.
- Responsible to provided accurate and timely inventory reports to client and TAQ management.
- Any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor.
