- Respond and take ownership of supplier inquiries.
- Investigate, interpret, and analyze customer information.
- Update account information and communicate possible resolutions/ alternatives to supplier for credit acquisition
- Basic understanding of finance and accounts in order to deal with Suppliers and their insurers' queries related to finance
- Complete special projects like the acquisition of Net terms from a specific supplier
