• Design branding material for events.
• Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Create graphics for project advocacy campaigns, infographics, digital ads, flyers, and social media images based on company guidelines and standards.
• Convert rough ideas into visual prototypes (e.g., sketches, layout drafts) to illustrate concepts for creative reviews.
• Ensure accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Help manage the company’s social media accounts.
• Stay up to date on the latest designing trends and technologies.
• Any other task assigned by the Communication Officer. 

Requirements:

• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently and proactively.
• Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent command in designing standees, back drops, posters.
• Professional and effective communication skills – both verbal and written. Attention to detail is a must.
