| Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, update and ensure compliance of the departmental policies and procedures in alignment Joint Commission/ ISO Standards.
- Plan, direct and assist Medical Director in all activities of the clinical service through Directorate of Medical Services.
- Oversee contracts of medical staff i.e. Assistant Consultants / Associate Consultants and Consultants
- Oversee Medical Staff Committees formulation and functioning in consultation with Director Medical Services.
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and or safety.
Education and Experience Required:
Qualification:
- MBBS/BDS or Master’s degree in healthcare management.
- Professional certification in healthcare / quality would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 7 years’ relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Individual having the work experience of Joint Commission Accredited Hospital will be preferred.
