Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, update and ensure compliance of the departmental policies and procedures in alignment Joint Commission/ ISO Standards.
- Responsible for performance improvement program and initiatives in the operating room.
- Collaborate with administration and physicians to identify future opportunities, and define the direction of peri operative services, develop plans to achieve identified goals, including OR efficiency, productivity and patient throughout targets across Preoperative continuum.
- Establish and implement guidelines to decrease post-operative surgical site infections and blood transfusions, as well as to improve post-operative pain management and transition of care.
Education and Experience Required:
Qualification:
- MBBS/BDS or Master’s degree in healthcare management.
- Professional certification in healthcare / quality would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 7 years’ relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Individual having the work experience of Joint Commission Accredited Hospital will be preferred.
