• Well versed with Talent Acquisition processes for healthcare staff.
• Experience of developing and implementing HR policies.
• Sound knowledge of HR processes and hands-on experience of HRIS.
• Review, update and ensure compliance of the departmental policies and procedures in alignment Joint Commission/ ISO Standards.
• Stay current on legislative and regulatory policies and directs all division accreditation, licensure and compliance programs required by local, state, federal agencies and professional organizations. 
• Managed the salary administration program by maintaining uniformity increment rates, conducting salary and benefit surveys and recommend compensation packages.
• Analyze the impact of different HR practices, in terms of employee satisfaction and business advantage, and give recommendations for improvement.
• Develop appropriate and cost-effective recruitment strategies.
• Supervise all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job advertisements, documentation, and any other related activity.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure not to inappropriately access, disclose, copy, remove, use or give to any personal or organizational confidential information, except in accordance with job description.

Education and Experience Required:

Qualification:

BBA/ MBA/ or any relevant degree 

Experience:

• At least 6-8 years of experience with extensive knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations in healthcare is mandatory.
• Good understanding and working experience of Joint Commission International Accreditation and ISO standards.
