| Job Description: |
- Developing and implementing sales plans
- Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
- Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information from all department at branch.
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
- Drafting forecasts and business plans
- Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
- Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
- Develop action plan and strategies for new business in accordance with other department manager’s
- Generate leads for new business and customers in coordination with other department’s managers.
- Branch sales managers is also responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to HR department.
- Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Maintain Stock / Inventory Level, Availability And Management.
- Any other task assign by the management.
