Job Description:

The main purpose of the job is to encourage UAE & Qatar banks delinquent clients on any Retail products (Secured & Un-secured) (CC,PL, AL, Business Finance) to pay the overdue amount by making outbound / attending to inbound collection calls. The calls need to be assertive without any related unpleasantness and should adhere to the policies and procedures laid down by the bank.

Principal Accountabilities:  

- Good command on different Social Platforms (Linkedin, FB, INSTAGRAM, WHATSAPP, SNAPCHAT and etc.) for skip tracing.

- Collection of Debts by establishing contact through skip tracing and collect customer new contact information on different social platforms (Linkedin, FB, INSTAGRAM, WHATSAPP, SNAPCHAT and etc.) and convince them and their family friends to make overdue payments and settle their written off liabilities.

- Convert potential "promises to pay" to payments by ensuring that the calls made are assertive, but without any unpleasantness.

- Preparing an action plan to handle specific cases in consensus with the Agency Manager in order to resolve difficult cases.

- Have his/her daily goal to Achieve his/her DRR and fulfill his/her monthly target.

- Salary Package will be base on experienced and job knowledge along with handsome rewards and bonuses on recovery target targets, Monthly calling card will be provided by the company.

- Desired Candidate Profile: Age: 22 Years to 40 Years Max
