Evening Fixed Timings -  (6 PM - 3 AM) Evening

Day: Mon to Fri  ( Sat & Sun Off )

Start: Immediately - Full-Time

Location: Shah Jamal, Lahore

Salary: 20k to 35k  ( Depending on English fluency & relevant experience )

This position is responsible for following up on patient medical claims with the insurances and fixing denials/rejected claims to collect the maximum claim payments for the medical providers.

Description of Job:

• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on medical unpaid claims and rejections using billing software & insurance portal
• Convince the insurance for payment of their outstanding claims.
• Appealing denied claims
• Ability to analyze patient accounts and determine next appropriate action for the collection of account receivables

Requirements:

• Must have year international calling experience and fluency in English
• Previous experience in Account Receivable would be preferred
• Bachelor degree or equivalent Strong Microsoft word, Excel and email writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of coding, billing cycle and insurance guidelines
