| Job Description: |
- Update the designs according to upcoming fashion trends (international and local).
- Plan for seasonal ranges include themes, ranges i.e. casual, kids etc.
- Coordinate with merchandising department for fabric selection, guidance in buttons, laces etc.
- Design development for 3D articles as per as theme and execution of 3D design till end product. Direct the sample man for cutting, pattern making, consumption issue and re-evaluation Of the article before finalizing and also to conduct meetings
- With fashion consultant regarding designs and grading. Deal with outsource Vander for new development and do market research of different brands for local fashion updates and material collection.
- Set the color pallet trend according to the international color forecast and local customer trends. Skills:
- Strong aesthetic sense, Interpersonal skills, Active learning, Coordination skill, Active learning Analytical skills, thinking, Creative thinking Computer/MS Office proficiency.
