Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to calling client on their issues.
- Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- Create and maintain reports about client interactions
- Providing guidance about resources available for their facilitation.
Requirements:
- Preferably female graduates with 2-3 years of experience of contact centers having excellent communication and computer skills, preferably multilingual with command on regional languages and comfortable working in day/night shifts are required.
- Experience in the health care industry and acquaintance with technology related platforms/call centers is essential
